MCI - CORROSION FOUND ON SHEAR TIE AT STATIONS 676 (FORWARD CARGO BIN) BETWEEN STRINGER 37 LEFT AND 38 LEFT.  REPLACED SHEAR TIES AT STATIONS 676 BETWEEN STRINGERS 37 LEFT AND 38 LEFT.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
