## Discrepancy

MEM  INFLIGHT, AT FLIGHT LEVEL 350 LEFT ENGINE SHUTDOWN.  LANDED MEM WITHOUT INCIDENT.  FOUND NUMBER ONE ENGINE GEARBOX SEIZED.  REPLACED NUMBER ONE ENGINE ON 08 MARCH 2007 AT MEM.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
