## Discrepancy

SCU - LEFT NUMBER ONE DOOR SLIDE WAS LEFT IN ARMED POSITION AND SLIDE FELL ON AIRSTAIRS WHEN DOOR OPENED.  SLIDE FAILED TO DEPLOY.  REPLACED LEFT NUMBER ONE DOOR SLIDE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
