## Discrepancy

LHR INFLIGHT T141/28SEP - CREW LOST RADIO TRANSMISSION.  EICAS INDICATION ILLUMINATED.  RETURNED TO LHR AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED CAPTAINS AUDIO CONTROL PANEL.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
