STL  INFLIGHT T449/27DEC - SMOKE IN AFT CABIN DURING CLIMB.  RETURNED TO STL AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED LEFT AND RIGHT WATER SEPARATORS.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
