PBI  INFLIGHT T1738/30JAN  SJU TO PHL - CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN COCKPIT AND SMOKE ODOR IN CABIN.  FIRST OFFICERS WINDSHIELD SHATTERED.  LANDED PBI WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED FIRST OFFICERS WINDSHIELD AND WINDSHIELD HEAT CONNECTOR.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
