SFO - EXTERIOR EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT AT LEFT NUMBER ONE DOOR INOPERATIVE.  REPLACED LAMP FOR EXTERIOR EMERGENCY EXIT LIGHT AT LEFT NUMBER ONE DOOR.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
