## Discrepancy

JFK  INFLIGHT - AFTER GEAR RETRACTION NOSE GEAR DOOR INDICATION ILLUMINATED FOR SYSTEM ONE AND TWO.  RETURNED TO JFK AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED LEFT NOSE GEAR DOOR UPLOCK ASSEMBLY.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
