GYE - AIRCRAFT UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE.  EMERGENCY DECLARED RETURNED GYE WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED PRESS CONTROLLER AND FORWARD OUTFLOW VALVE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
