MIA - CREW REPORTED VIBRATION IN FLIGHT.  EMERGENCY DECLARED, RETURNED MIA WITHOUT INCIDENT.  UPON ARRIVAL FOUND ELECTRICAL GROUND POWER RECEPTACLE DOOR OPEN.  INSPECTED AND CLOSED DOOR.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
