## Discrepancy

LGA - CREW REPORTED ALL VHF RADIO COMMUNICATIONS FAILED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED, RETURNED TO LGA WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REMOVED AND REPLACED AUDIO REMOTE ELECTRONICS UNIT.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATIONS.
