## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS REMAIN ON AT ALL TIMES FROM ROW 21 TO BACK OF AIRCRAFT.  REPLACED OVERHEAD BATTERY AT POSITION NUMBER 4.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
