## Discrepancy

YYZ - CREW REPORTED THAT DURING CLIMB RIGHT ENGINE HAD A SURGE THAT WAS CONFIRMED WITH ENGINE GAUGES.  EMERGENCY DECLARED RETURNED YYZ LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED T12 SENSOR THAT WAS FAULTED.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
