## Discrepancy

DFW - CREW REPORTED AIRFOIL ANTI-ICE HIGH TEMPERATURE LIGHTS FOR BOTH WINGS ILLUMINATED ON CLIMBOUT.  EMERGENCY DECLARED RETURNED DFW LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED TAIL ICE PROTECTION VALVE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
