## Discrepancy

ORD  - CREW REPORTED ON APPROACH LEADING EDGE LIGHT ILLUMINATED WHEN FLAPS SELECTED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED LANDED ORD WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED NUMBER 14 AND 15 SLAT ROTARY ACTUATORS.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
