## Discrepancy

MIA - CREW REPORTED SMOKE AND ELECTRICAL ODOR IN CABIN.  EMERGENCY DECLARED RETURNED MIA LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  FOUND SMELL COMING FROM TV MONITOR IN THE MID GALLEY AREA.  REPLACED TV MONITOR.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
