TUL - CREW REPORTED AIRSPEED INDICATION SPLIT.  EMERGENCY DECLARED RETURNED TUL LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED SPEED CARD.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
