## Discrepancy

MEM - CREW REPORTED RIGHT GENERATOR FAILED ALONG WITH CROSS TIE LOCK-OUT DURING APPROACH.  EMERGENCY DECLARED LANDED MEM WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED RIGHT GENERATOR CONTROL UNIT.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
