SLC - INFLIGHT SEA-DFW.  CREW REPORTED ELECTRICAL POWER INTERRUPTIONS AND AUXILIARY POWER UNIT FAULT LOW OIL PRESSURE.  EMERGENCY DECLARED, DIVERTED SLC LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED GENERATOR CONTROL UNIT.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
