## Discrepancy

LAX - CREW REPORTED RIGHT ENGINE THRUST DECREASED WITH ALTITUDE INCREASE.  EMERGENCY DECLARED, RETURNED LAX LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  FOUND PT2 ENGINE PRESSURE RATIO LINE LEAKING IN THE PYLON.  REPLACED LINE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL OPERATION.
