CREW REPORTED TOTAL AIR TEMPERATURE PROBE MICAS MESSAGE DURING FLIGHT.  FLIGHT DIVERTED VIVO LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED TAT PROBE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
