## Discrepancy

CREW REPORTED LEFT ENGINE LOST THRUST POWER.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED PHX LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  FOUND LEFT FUEL SHUT-OFF LEVER SPRING BROKEN.  REPLACED SPRING.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
