PERFORMED HFEC HOLE PROBE OF FASTENER HOLES.  PERFORMED FPI INSPECTION IN REWORKED AREA.  FLAPPER PEENED AFFECTED AREA AND INSTALLED ADAPTOR PLATE PER EA B757-57-017021.
