## Discrepancy

MIA - CREW REPORTED RUDDER TRIM FAILED DURING CLIMBOUT. NO INDICATIONS OR RUDDER MOVEMENT.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED MIA LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED RUDDER AILERON TRIM PANEL.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
