ONT - INFLIGHT DFW-SNA.  CREW REPORTED INTEGRATED STANDBY FLIGHT DISPLAY INOPERATIVE.  FLIGHT DIVERTED ONT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED INTEGRATED STANDBY FLIGHT DISPLAY BATTERY CHARGER.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
