## Discrepancy

OBSERVED SPARKS BEHIND P-70 PANEL WHEN WATER HEATER CIRCUIT BREAKERS WERE PUSHED IN.  REPAIRED DAMAGE WIRE AND SECURED PER STANDARD PRACTICES.  OPS CHECK NORMAL.
