## Discrepancy

TUL - CREW REPORTED LOSS OF PRESSURIZATION DURING FCF.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT LANDED TUL WITHOUT INCIDENT.  REPLACED OUTFLOW VALVE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
