## Discrepancy

MIA - CREW REPORTED FIRST OFFICER WINDSHIELD SHATTERED AFTER WINDOW HEAT ARCING.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED MIA LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED FIRST OFFICERS WINDSHIELD.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
