CABIN CREW REPORTED EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT AT MID-GALLEY, NEAR RIGHT NUMBER 2 DOOR, NOT WORKING OR TESTING.  REPLACED EMERGENCY FLASHLIGHT BATTERIES FOR MID-GALLEY FLASHLIGHT.  OPS CHECK NORMAL.
