CREW REPORTED CENTER FUEL TANK PUMP FAILED.  DECLARED EMERGENCY FLIGHT RETURNED & LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.   REPLACED FUEL QUANTITY PROCESSOR.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECKED NORMAL.
