MEM - INFLIGHT MIA-SFO.  CREW REPORTED LEFT ENGINE PARAMETERS FLUCTATING ABNORMALLY.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT DIVERTED MEM LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED BLEED VALVE CONTROL UNIT.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
