LEFT AFT INBOARD HAS A HOLE PUNCHED IN FIBER GLASS LEADING EDGE PANEL ON THE UPPER OUTBOARD SIDE.  INSTALLED BONDED PERMANENT REPAIR DOUBLERS TO INNER AND OUTER SKIN PER SRM 51-70-04.
