## Discrepancy

ORD - CREW REPORTED AFTER TAKEOFF UNABLE TO TRANSFER FUEL FROM CENTER TANK.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED ORD LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED ACTUATOR FOR ENGINE FUEL CROSSFEED VALVE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
