DFW - CREW REPORTED LEFT HYDRAULIC HIGH TEMPERATURE LIGHT ILLUMINATED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED DFW LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED LEFT ENGINE HYDRAULIC PUMP.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
