PIT - CREW REPORTED LOSS OF PRESSURIZATION CONTROL.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT LANDED PIT WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED PRESSURE REGULATING AND SHUT-OFF VALVE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
