WHILE PERFORMING THE PREFLIGHT TEST SEQUENCE THE LEFT WING SQUIB FAILED TO TEST.  FOUND LEFT LATCH OPENING ACTUATOR C PLUG DISCONNECTED.  RECONNECTED PLUG.
