SJU - CREW REPORTED CENTER HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE EICAS MESSAGE FOLLOWED BY SYSTEM PRESSURE LIGHT ON OVERHEAD.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT LANDED SJU WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED CENTER HYDRAULIC SYSTEM PRESSURE SWITCH.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
