MIA - CREW REPORTED UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE AIRCRAFT.  THE LEFT PACK FAILED WITH RIGHT PACK ON PLACARD.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED MIA LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED LEFT PACK COMPRESSOR OUTLET T541 SENSOR.
