DFW - CREW REPORTED LOSS OF ELECTRICAL POWER DURING CLIMBOUT.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED DFW LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED NUMBER TWO CABIN CONTROLLER.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
