TUL - CREW REPORTED DURING ALT FLAP EXTENSION TRAILING EDGE DISAGREE LIGHT "T/E FLAP ASYM" DISPLAYED. EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT LANDED TUL WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ADJUSTED NUMBER FOUR RESOLVER THAT WAS OUT OF LIMITS.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
