DFW - INFLIGHT LAX-IAD.  CREW REPORTED RIGHT INERTIAL REFERENCE SYSTEM FAULT AND ALIGN LIGHTS ILLUMINATED.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT DIVERTED DFW LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED AIR DATA INERTIAL REFERENCE UNIT.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
