DEN -  INFLIGHT LAX-JFK  CREW REPORTED POSSIBLE FUEL LEAK.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT DIVERTED DEN LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED FUEL QUANTITY PROCESSING UNIT.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
