## Discrepancy

DFW - CREW REPORTED PRESSURIZATION PROBLEM DURING CLIMBOUT.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED DFW LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED CABIN PRESSURE OUTFLOW VALVE ACTUATOR AND GEARBOX.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
