STL - INFLIGHT DFW-CMH.  CREW REPORTED SMOKE IN CABIN COMING FROM FORWARD GALLEY OVEN.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT DIVERTED STL LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  DEFERRED FORWARD GALLEY OVEN PER NEF.  FLIGHT CONTINUED TO DESTINATION.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
