## Discrepancy

SJO - CREW REPORTED ELECTRICAL ISSUES.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT RETURNED SJO LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED ELECTRICAL METERS BATTERY AND GALLEY POWER MODULE.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
