DFE -  CREW REPORTED PRIMARY STAB TRIM FAILED DURING CLIMBOUT.  FLIGHT RETURNED DFW LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  AIRCRAFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED PRIMARY STAB TRIM MOTOR.  SYSTEM GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
