CREW REPORTED CENTER HYD QTY LOSS FOLLOWED BY CENTER HYD SYS PRESSURE EICAS MESSAGES.  EMERGENCY DECLARED, FLIGHT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  FOUND NR 4 SPOILER ACTUATOR FILTER PLUG LEAKING.  REPLACED O-RING.  SYS GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPS.
