CREW REPORTED, ON CLIMBOUT, RT CONSTANT SPEED DRIVE TEMP HIGH.  CREW DISCONNECTED THE CSD.  EMERGENCY DECLARED, FLIGHT RETURNED TO DEPARTURE, LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  FOUND RT CSD OVERSERVICED.  CONSTANT SPEED DRIVE FLUSHED AND SERVICED.  SYS GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
