F/A REPORTED BURNING ODOR IN CABIN.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT LANDED TPA WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  REPLACED LT AND RT AIR CONDITION REGULATOR VALVES.  SYS GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION.
