INFLIGHT, CREW REPORTED CENTER HYD SYS QTY DROPPING.  EMERGENCY DECLARED FLIGHT DIVERTED AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT.  ACFT REMOVED FROM SERVICE.  FOUND CENTER SYS PRESSURE TRANSDUCER LEAKING.  REPLACED TRANSDUCER.  SYS GROUND CHECK NORMAL OPERATION (CLOSED).
